Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was nice and clean, with comfortable large beds and fresh towels provided daily. Unfortunately, being directly below the breakfast room meant early morning noise was a recurring disturbance. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to assist with anything we needed. The location was very convenient, within walking distance to key attractions and surrounded by amenities, although the peaceful ambiance was slightly marred by noise from nearby stations. The dining experience, while good, came with additional charges that were unexpected. The hotel's facilities were standard and nothing out of the ordinary.
I found this hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms, although a bit small, were bright, clean, and well-equipped, but some rooms had no windows. The uphill walk back from the bus stop was a bit of a hassle, and the location, while close to the Vatican, felt a bit far from the city center.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were nice, modern, and clean with a large bathroom & balcony, although a bit on the small side. The service was extremely helpful and kind, offering great recommendations and calmly assisting when needed. The location was very close to the Vatican and transportation, making it convenient for exploration. The dining experience was great, especially in the morning. Overall, a great value for money with friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were newer and larger than I expected, and the views from the balcony were the best in Rome. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, nestled on a quiet side street yet close to major attractions like the Vatican City. The dining experience was good, although it could have had a bit more variety. Overall, a wonderful hotel for a sightseeing break in Rome.
The hotel is situated in a convenient location near the train and bus stations, within walking distance of St Peter's Square and other tourist spots. The rooms are a bit newer and larger, with some room for improvement like an extra plug socket suitable for travel adapters and better heating. The service is friendly and helpful, especially Valentina and the breakfast attendant who always greet guests with a smile.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfy, the service was excellent and extremely helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Rome near the Vatican. The dining experience was the best I encountered during my travels in Italy. Two minor downsides were the early morning noise from the kitchen above our room and the limited space for breakfast unless it's warm enough to sit on the terrace.
